Do you believe your thoughts can control your life? Recently, I read that we are bombarded with an average of 60,000 thoughts a day. The scary thing is that 80% of these thoughts are negative!! No wonder 98% of the population is walking around negative, unhappy and miserable! It seems we’ve fallen into a habit, and a bad one at that. The definition of a habit, per Wikipedia, is “a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur unconsciously.” What do you think would happen if we could consciously change our thoughts? This is where my journey begins. I have taken on a personal challenge to help people reconnect with their natural state of well being and live the joyfilled life they know they were truly meant to live!
